What type of support can I expect?
Unwavering support is part of the RQ4 package. The Customer Success Team includes a team of dedicated Software Support Specialists and a Network Services Team who are available by phone or live chat Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 8:00PM EST. iQmetrix also offers after hours and weekend support to all end users in case of emergency.
Can I suggest new features for RQ4?
Absolutely! We appreciate customer input and ideas and have implemented hundreds of client suggestions into RQ4.
In keeping with our philosophy of user-centric design, iQmetrix recently assembled a Trusted Advisory Group consisting of selected iQmetrix clients, who will provide feedback during the development cycle of iQmetrix products. Unlike traditional beta testing programs, members of the Trusted Advisory Group will be actively engaged in the design process, helping to shape the software through detailed dialogues and interaction with a member of the design team. The process stresses the underlying why's and how's of key business practices that will be built into the software.
Integration Questions:
Does RQ4 integrate with Quickbooks?
RQ4 does not directly integrate with Quickbooks, but there are Quickbooks tools in place to help you export applicable data from RQ4 and import it directly into your Quickbooks system. In addition, there are reports available in RQ4 that provide the numbers you need to manually post entries into any financial reporting software.
I have an eCommerce side to my business; can I use RQ4 for that too?
