The iQmetrix Hackathon Pitch Finals: iQmetrix showcased its ongoing innovation to the SummitX audience by sharing five projects from its annual Hackathon. The iQmetrix Hackathon is a yearly internal competition between teams of iQers, designed to generate new product and process ideas and solutions. At the closing session of SummitX, five of the Hackathon teams’ ideas were pitched to the audience, who voted on a winning solution. The winning idea was SalesIQ, which is an AI-driven virtual assistant to help wireless store sales reps personalize their customer service with insightful information at their fingertips. This solution, along with other potential ideas, will now be explored and tested further by iQmetrix product and development teams.
In addition, a host of breakout sessions on a range of telecom retail-specific topics, from harnessing AI, to fraud and theft prevention, to change management, and much more. Plus we had interconnections and conversations throughout the day at both our Vendor Showcase and Product Showcase.
The event ended with a Cocktail Farewell round of drinks to toast two days of incredible sessions, awesome vendor exhibitors, remarkable innovations, and great times with valued colleagues and friends.
