iQmetrix is excited to announce its 2021 Trends in Telecom Retail Survey, which launches April 19 and is open until April 30.

This is the first survey of its kind that iQmetrix has undertaken, and was compiled using the expert consultation of industry analysts at Gartner and TM Forum.

This important piece of research will help determine key telecom retail trends and inform a series of resulting reports and articles. In turn, we will email all respondents a free PDF of the resulting 2021 Trends in Telecom Retail Report, which will provide must-have business insights and help telecom retailers benchmark their own operations against the wider sector.

The questionnaire delves into industry-specific trends such as business operations, omnichannel retail, the role of the physical store, and future predictions for telecom retail. It will only take about 8-10 minutes to complete.
