Work-Life Balance
We offer hybrid working for those near an office city, fully remote options for others, and flexible hours so you never miss your kid’s soccer game. We have incredible paid time off perks, including trusted vacation days and trusted sick days, operated on a “take what you need” basis.
Each full-time iQer also earns a seven-week paid sabbatical after every seven years. We have awesome parental and adoption leave, bereavement leave, six paid community and learning days per year, a buy-your-own-birthday program, and more.
Employee Wellness
