Reimagine Everything

Our theme for SummitX 2025 is Reimagine Everything, inviting you to rethink and reinvent customer experiences, business operations, workforce management, digital transformation, strategic decision-making, and so much more. 

Two days of sessions and events on October 20 and 21 will see insightful retail experts and inspirational keynote speakers exploring all these new possibilities, with a deep dive into the opportunities created by AI and how it can enhance the human experience. The networking opportunities, custom meetings, and epic social events will enable attendees to magnify all these takeaways by connecting and collaborating with likeminded professionals and businesses. Plus, the unmissable Product Showcase will demonstrate brand-new, next-generation telecom retail technologies that are creating the Store of the Future today.
